Whilst the promoters and organisers of this ride have taken every precaution for
your safety, it is impossible to guarantee safety. Admission is therefore granted
upon the clear understanding that any rider appreciates the risks involved and waives
for himself/herself, his/her successors, assigns or dependants, and claims he/she,
save for this waiver, have against the promoters, organisers, sponsors or beneficiaries
or the owner/lessor of the property, in respect of any injury or damage, however
arising, which he/she may suffer while attending/participating in this ride.
